SonRise is an interactive, put-you- there-at-the-scene trip through Christ's final days leading to His death and resurrection. The Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church has offered this "walk-through" pageant since 1996. Held on the Saturday of Easter weekend, it begins in the Collegedale Church sanctuary and continues across the campus of Southern Adventist University.

For the past few years the Collegedale Pathfinders have had a booth in the Jerusalem Marketplace. This year they gave out little vials of scented oil that they prepared.  They also demonstrated grinding grain.  Some Pathfinders also sang in the choir in the church, were part of the leper colony, helped with security, among other activities.
