Bible Bowl Info

Registration for the 2010-2011 year for the Collegedale Club is Wednesday, August 25 from
6:30-8:30 p.m. and Sunday, August 29 from 12:30-2:30 p.m. in the Junior Room (downstairs) at the Collegedale Church.
You will need to attend only one registration.

Membership is open to youth grades 5 through 12 who would like to participate in activities ranging from community outreach, earning honors, and camping. New Pathfinders will need to bring their immunization records.  It is very important that at least one parent come with their Pathfinder(s).

The monthly dues for grades 5 and 6 is $25.  Because of the expense of all the extra teen activities, dues for grades 7 and up are $30 a month. Be sure to bring current health and immunization records. We will have a notary public there to notarize the health forms.

Since all of you are very busy people we've included all of the forms that you will need in the links below so that you can print them out and have them filled out ahead of time. If you have any questions please contact the director.

Application Form

Health Record Form (must be notarized)

Club Expectation Policy (all Pathfinders and parents must read)

Uniform Order Form

Image Release Form (there are two per page, only fill out one)

General Pathfinder Information

About the Image Release Form - This form is intended for the purpose of obtaining parental permission to display photos in the Communiqué or any other Georgia-Cumberland Conference publication and/or purpose.  We've been asked to have parents sign this form as a part of club registration.

Remember the Pathfinders must have black dress pants and black shoes for their uniform. Since most of you will be buying school clothes soon, you may want to remember to make sure that your child has Pathfinder shoes. The shoes must not have any white on them, and sandals, high heels, clogs, or platform shoes are not appropriate. Remember the Pathfinders will need to be able to march in their shoes without tripping, twisting their ankles or falling off of them.
